Imagine you are observing a distant planet through a telescope. As you look out, you see that the planet is simply made of matter, covered with rocks and dust. Would you be surprised, then, to see some of the matter on the planet's surface spontaneously break free and rise up until it reached a nearby moon? What sort of planet, you may ask, made up entirely of matter, could allow bits of itself to travel against the forces of wind and gravity?
Now, imagine you are standing on Mars, observing the Earth on the day a rocket is launched to the Moon. What type of matter is found on Earth, that it can send pieces of itself away, defying all physical forces?
We are merely matter... Matter has the ability to retain knowledge from the past (in its very form) and apply it in the present.
Imaging finding another planet comtaining all the matter your physical body requires to be held together.
